My back has gone out :( I am bent in half.
I just saw my chiropractor and he says i need to lay down and ice my back for the rest of the night as it is in spasms and I need to get the inflammation down. I am so sorry for the last minute cancellation. I would much rather be with you guys tonight. Have a great book club and see you all next month. I look forward to hearing what you guys thought about the book. I liked it!
