Who's in for gristle soup?

This book didn't really inspire any dinner dishes other then a little gristle in soup or some old shrivelled root vegetables. Don't despair, I'll come up with something more desirable to eat.

Suzanne was scheduled to select and facilitate the June book but doesn't feel ready to do it.

Do we have anyone who has not selected a book this yet? Anyone have a book suggestion? Should we bring a few choices to the May meeting and decide as a group? Ideas?
