If you are hosting you need to post info online the WEDNESDAY prior to the Monday of book club
Regardless of whether you are attending or not by end of day FRIDAY each book club member needs to confirm whether they are attending that month's book club.
It was agreed that no one is so busy that they can't take a moment to RSVP in a 48hr window of time. Confirmation by Friday allows the host to shop for the appropriate number of people eating.
