September's book
"Hotel du Lac" by Anita Brookner is the book to read before Oct. book club! Only 184 pages so possible in three weeks! Next month meeting is at Jacqueline's house.
I still find it wonderful how those who were reading "50 shades of grey" needed to "justify" why they were reading it and those of us not reading it start to think maybe we should be reading it even though we all "know " it's pulp fiction... if nothing else those books sure got people reading, talking and apparently so much more!

Also, author's name is Anita Brookner (my writing must be pretty bad)I didn't see many copies in library hopefully it won't be too hard to find.
